Returns and Refunds

You may request an eligible return within 30 days after receiving your item.

Change-of-Mind Returns

Items must be unused, in the condition received, with their original packaging and included accessories. Please provide your order number or proof of purchase. For refurbished products, the item must be returned in the refurbished condition in which it was delivered. Customers are responsible for change-of-mind return postage. Original shipping charges are not refundable for change-of-mind returns, except where applicable law requires otherwise.

How to Request a Return

Contact Smart Home Living using the contact details on our website or reply to your order confirmation email. Include your order number, the item you wish to return, and the reason. Contact us before sending anything back so we can provide return instructions and the correct address. Products fulfilled by different suppliers may need to be returned to different addresses. Do not send returns to the shipping origin or manufacturer without instructions.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

Contact us promptly if your item arrives damaged, is defective, or is not what you ordered. Include photos of the issue and packaging when possible. We cover required return postage for damaged, defective, or incorrect items and will arrange an appropriate remedy. The change-of-mind condition requirements do not limit your rights concerning faulty goods.

Refunds

We will notify you after your return has been received and inspected, including whether your refund is approved. Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method. Your bank or payment provider may take additional time to post the refund.

Exchanges

Contact us if you need a different item or version. Exchange availability depends on stock; a return and a separate purchase may be necessary.

Your Consumer Rights

This policy does not exclude or limit mandatory rights under applicable consumer law, including any applicable cancellation rights. Where local law provides greater protection than this policy, those rights apply.
